Life isn’t hard in the first or last state – they’re pretty obvious which makes them easy to manage. It’s the middle three that cause the problems.
In the second state, everyone may appear to be playing nice in the sand box, but when someone on the team is hiding their feelings or has an agenda, it needs to be uncovered.
The third and fourth states are a bit more direct. No one is hiding their emotions here so you can pretty much coach individuals through the chaos.
