Elise Baughman Biography

Ms. Baughman brings a unique skill set to Transform [11]. Her professional background includes both corporate America and the entertainment industry. A few key roles include being a financial analyst in the defense industry where she was responsible for strategic planning and analysis of product group development. In the telecom industry, her marketing expertise secured contracts with some of the largest client-companies in the U.S.

As an executive coach, Ms. Baughman’s areas of expertise include leadership training, on-camera presence, and speaking skills. Her clients have included Standard & Poor’s, McAffe, and Pier 1, amongst others. 

In the entertainment industry, Ms. Baughman has worked as a screen and voice actress, and spokesperson – working in film & TV, commercials, live events, animation, and corporate training. 

Ms. Baughman is a successful entrepreneur and teaches master classes specializing in on-camera presence, communication skills, and voice over technique. What began as targeting actors, has morphed into working with CEOs and other professionals looking to be more effective as leaders with their teams, and uniquely, at shareholder and other critical meetings.

Ms. Baughman has served on the Board of Directors of the Dallas Producers, and has been active with Women in Film, the Dallas Screenwriters Association, and Texas Motion Pictures Alliance.

Ms. Baughman resides in Dallas, TX with her husband and son, both of whom are constant sources of inspiration. Despite her busy schedule, ‘family first’ is the foundation of her life. They spend their free time with school activities, sports, and are active within the church community.
