If you want to take a master class in marketing and social media, look no further. Founder Ryan Bartlett, Nick Ventura (not a pornstar), and Matthew Winnick have hit the mark in just about every way!
This is just one of True Classic’s video productions. It’s one of those marketing successes that has you viewing it over and over. In fact, this one has received over 18 million views! (Many which have been mine.)
While their website is all business, the story of the company is very compelling. There is a rich history with family members having served in the military. True Classic has charity in their DNA having been involved with The Tiny House project, homelessness amongst veterans, and many other charities as they have grown. Beyond that, they’ve donated over 500,000 t-shirts – the most requested item in homeless shelters. VISIT THEIR SITE to learn more.
While it’s clear that this is a good illustration of mission and values, they also have done many things right, that truly have contributed to the company’s success. At Transorm [11] we talk about a number of elements that contribute to a companies success. Let’s look at a few as an example illustrated at True Classic.
At the top of the list are marketing and branding. They have a library of videos – each of which has been very successful. In fact, just about anything they do goes viral. Additionally, their social media presence is highly targeted. While total followers may not be as high as some influencers, they are reaching the exact targeted base of their choosing. (It would be interesting to see their metrics.)
We’ve already discussed their ‘giving’ – which says a lot about their values. This speaks to this generation of leaders and employees, and fosters an exceptional corporate culture.
There other many other factors that crossover to the work we do here at Transform [11]. We’ll share whenever we find a company or individual that are both successful while making a difference at the same time. So take a moment and visit the link above to expand your view of how it’s done right.
