Traditional training offers motivational techniques, inspirational speeches, and often times, narrowly-focussed skill exercises. These are very traditional methods and, for most of us, began in the first grade.
Memorization isn’t thinking. After years of this, it’s impossible to think for yourself, let alone create something new.
Motivation, for example may offer a cash incentive, but that only lasts as long as the money flows. Inspiration is great, but driving home afterwords can erase a lot of the positivity. Skills do have value however. Teaching people to listen, repeat, and then respond can be invaluable. [A well-trained sales professional has valuable knowledge.]
At Transform [11], one of the tenets is to “learn to unlearn”. Being willing to let go of preconceived notions opens up a lot of doors. In this it becomes easier to engage, envision, and take ownership.
This simplified perspective, when learned in an experiential way, affords the opportunity to realize internal change, the ability to see things in a way never before attainable.
The biggest benefit of this kind of coaching is that one concept, when learned in an applied space, allows that experience to be applied to other ideas. In this sense, this delivers self-sustaining transformation.

Transform [11] will give an edge. For people that ‘play’ in the 1 – 10 space, they rarely succeed there, let alone understand the possibilities of what 11 can feel like. Do you want to play at 11? Yes. I know you do!
